Joint enterprise is a bit of a weird thing (people doing life for murders they weren't even present at etc) but surely cases like this are exactly when it should be implemented.

Shouldn't matter if there was technically only one killer. They knew what they were doing and they all played a part. At the point a "person" takes part in something like that as far as I'm concerned they write their own lives off.
And its the same with the pieces of shit who killed the bloke in the OP.

I think they are fearful of a local witch hunt. They know who they are, therefore don't need to release any descriptions. They will pick them up sooner or later. left wing QC will pick up the case, argue that racist abuse was hurled as some women has already claimed to the Daily Mail. 12 years served...

This has reminded me of that shocking episode around 6 years back of the 2 lads who were knifed up in Romford, one died, waiting for the sister to pick them up.
As shocking as this is, it is very rare to hear about something this brutal, thankfully.
